Yuki Nagato, is the third person to join the SOS Brigade, albeit not voluntarily. She is, at first glance, an introverted, taciturn bibliophile. She was sent to North High to watch over Haruhi, and over the course of her time there she comes to develop insights into being a person, as well as emotions.

As a Humanoid Interface, Yuki has the power to create a Data jurisdiction space, which overlaps the current regular space, making it seemingly to be frozen. It is said that nothing can enter and leave once the space has been created, of course with the exception of some special entities.

Enhances Nagato's abilities while within [DJS], at the same time make non-allied units suffer a 5% MS reduction per sec, up to 45%.
The space has 1000 AoE, lasts 15 seconds. It will disappears if Yuki dies.

Data Powers: Icicle [Active]

Isolates a small area near her by creating icicles from the surroudning structure, making the affected area cannot be entered nor leaved by anyone except Yuki herself until the duration expired. If used inside Data Jurisdiction Space, the Icicle will last longer.

Within [DJS], counters melee non-allied hero units by dealing [4% of Yuki max HP] magical damage.

Corrupts a lifeform with a potent parasite, dealing medium damage and restricts the target's movement. In a Data Jurisdiction Space, the parasite is strengthened by Yuki's durability, making it capable of inflicting and travels between multiple targets.

Slow the target's MS by 30% for 5 seconds.
If a hero unit is killed by this skill, it will inflict Corrupt Lifeform to non-allied hero units within 500 AoE of the killed unit.
Within [DJS], upon casting will automatically target non-allied units inside the space and deals additional [a portion of Yuki's max HP] magical damage, up to 1700 damage.

Yuki has the ability to manipulate data links, enabling her to cause severe damage upon the victim by overloading it with a massive amount of data. In a Data Jurisdiction Space, Yuki can manipulate multiple targets's data. Due to the hardship of massive data transferring, Yuki also suffers from such strain.

That's all for my first suggestion... any comments/critics for the suggestion would be appreciated :D .

Changelog 13/03/11 V.1.1
Nerfed Overload; now it damage Yuki 5% of her max health instead of constant 500 damage
Revamped Corrupt Lifeform; it deals additional damage if used inside DJS instead of constant basic spell damage. Also, if a unit dies from this skill, it will inflict Corrupt Lifeform to enemy units around the killed unit. To prevent overpower, the base damage of the spell is nerfed.

Changelog 13/03/11 V.1.1a
Nerfed Corrupt Lifeform; The AOE death trigger is limited to heroes now. The base damage of the spell and the AOE is increased to balance the skill.
Fixed a little grammar error on Data Powers: Corrupt Lifeform tooltip.

Changelog 26/05/11 v.1.2
Boosted Corrupt Lifeform; now it deals more damage.
Tweaked Icicle; now cannot be entered nor leaved by any means except for Yuki herself.
Improved Icicle tooltip.

Changelog 8/7/11 v.1.2a
Improved everything. Capped almost everything. Noted damage type on everything.
Eye-candy-fied.

Default skill's duration a bit less since you wouldn't need 15 secs to nuke everything, nor it's actually needed.
Ulti bonus dmg too low, 20/25/30 instead of 2/2.5/3 plz...

For once, someone other than Kurt, Noir and Deadshit...(i just want to say his name this way) suggested something that's actually cool. Entaobah's too but she's kinda risky.

What about blink abilities? Target type seems to be around herself, so what will happen if she's caught in Haruhi's ulti? I think i've asked before but just gonna make this clear, in case Deckai .....erm.....

the icicle would not follow yuki to the closed space if the icicle was created before yuki enter the closed space.

EDIT: btw, i have increased the damage of corrupt lifeform. let me know if that is just too plain imba.

yeah you could enter it with blink too. but i've been thinking lately about the skill. maybe it's better if the icicle was like freezing skill? ppl cannot enter no matter what skill they have..

Added my version of the description/tooltips.

That and provide detailed information such as Attack animation, Casting animation (Both front swing and back swing), Base Attack Time, specific attack range, damage type, etc...

About the Ultimate : Is Base Damage = stats or the raw damage?
Is Max Health ... oh wait it's obviously the stats, anyway why not count the bonus from item/skill ? Max = 252 bonus Max Health, try and rebalance the ratio for counting bonus stats, if not, raise the ratio ( she won't go pass 40 Max Health , i think)

Base Damage + Max Health*ratio... seems weird....at first i thought it was (BD + MH)*Ratio.
