One Piece Hero Suggestion: Blackbeard

Suggestion for Marshall D. Teach aka Blackbeard from One Piece. He is very strong now and the main antagonists of the series, add him.
He has 2 devil fruits powers, you can make it like madara to change between them, or both at the same time.

Captain of the Blackbeard Pirates

Description: Marshall D. Teach commonly referred to as Blackbeard is the captain of the Blackbeard Pirates. He was formerly a member of the Whitebeard Pirates' 2nd division led by Portgas D. Ace. He was also a former Shichibukai. Blackbeard wields the powers of two Devil Fruits at the same time, Yami Yami no Mi and Gura Gura No Mi.

Abilities

Yami Yami no Mi
The Yami Yami no Mi, is a Logia type Devil Fruit that allows the user to become "darkness". With it, he can manipulate gravity, shown as an ebbing shroud of darkness. Teach demonstrates that the "darkness" is a void which devours anything.
Effect: Has a chance to absorb attaks.
Type: Passive.
Level 1: 10% Chance.
Level 2: 15% chance.
Level 3: 25% Chance.
Level 4: 30% chance.

Kurouzu
Extending one arm towards his opponent, Blackbeard activates the gravity power of his darkness to pull them into his grasp. Blackbeard can then attack them with his massive strength.
Effect: Pulls the enemy and deals damage.
Type: Acitve, Single Target.
Level 1: Deals 170 damage.
Level 2: Deals 270 damage.
Level 3: Deals 370 damage.
Level 4: Deals 470 damage.



Black Hole
Blackbeard spreads his darkness over a large area and, much like an actual black hole, swallows up anything he chooses. When swallowed it is subjected to a large amount of gravity and crushed.
Effect: Aoe Damage per second, Lasts for 15 seconds.
Type: Active.
Level 1: 30 Damage per second, 700 range Aoe.
Level 2: 50 Damage per second, 800 range Aoe.
Level 3: 70 Damage per second, 900 range Aoe.
Level 4: 90 Damage per second, 1000 range Aoe.




ULTIMATE
Liberation
Used following Black Hole, Blackbeard expels all of the destroyed remains of what his darkness has swallowed up at once.
Effect: Deals Big AOE Damage.
Type: Active, 1200 AOE.
Requires: Black Hole skill activate.
Level 1: Deals 150 x Black Hole Level.
Level 2: Deals 250 x Black Hole Level.
Level 3: Deals 350 x Black Hole Level.



Default Skill: Gura Gura No Mi Abilities.
Open Abilities.


Gura Gura No Mi
With the newly acquired powers of the strongest Paramecia-class Devil Fruit, the Gura Gura no Mi, Blackbeard can create shock waves by shattering the air itself, creating devastating earthquakes.
Effect: Damage and Spell Reduction.
Type: Passive.



Quake Bubble
Blackbeard can also focus his quake powers into a "quake bubble" on his fist, greatly increasing the damage in a single punch.
Effect: Has a chance when attacking to do double damage.
Type: Passive.

Shockwave Punch
Blackbeard sends devastating shock waves through the air in the direction it is facing. These shock waves are able to pass through and damage almost any substance, literally tearing it apart.
Effect: Aoe Damage.
Type: Active
(This skill looks like Whitebeard earthquake punch but much weaker).

Gravity Shift
Blackbeard grab an entire area and rapidly shift it using a wide-range quake.
Effect: Deal Big Aoe Damage.
Type: Active.

haha.. nice suggestion. i thinks he must half str and int. to many spells . how if he hv low int.

well you're right somehow BUT if he has mana for all to use is overpowerd somehow. Then again you can make him with more INT and to change between the yami yami no mi and gura gura no mi abillities. If some skills are overpowerd you can edit them

Change his main attribute form STR to INT. that will be perfect

Silance to kurouzu would be good.
