Char Des:Jūgo's personality is usually quiet and unassuming, but, when angered, those around him stand little chance of survival. One time, he even became so angry that he destroyed an entire village. This has caused others to label him as the "Scales", where anything could tip the balance. Cursing his existence, he took to secluding himself in caves, hoping to bring no one any harm. This lasted until Kimimaro came to him, who was himself the last remnant of the Kaguya clan. Following Kimimaro, Jūgo allowed himself to be one of Orochimaru's test subjects. Upon examination, Orochimaru was able to isolate enzymes in Jūgo's blood that caused him to transform. By extracting these enzymes, Orochimaru was able to use them to produce similar, but more controlled, effects in other people, leading to the creation of the cursed seal. As time passed, Kimimaro died, and Jūgo shut himself away once more.

Jugo is very intune with nature and animals and has been seen using them as scouts or to gather info:
Sends birds and other animals in a circular directon around him to reveal the map:
Level 1: Animals go for 2500 aoe
Level 2: Animals go for 3000 aoe
Level 3: Animals go for 3500 aoe
Level 4: Animals go for 4000 aoe

2nd skill:
Cursed Seal Level 2 (transformation):
Jūgo is the origin of the Orochimaru's Juinjutsu, using his bodily fluids to create the various cursed seals Orochimaru brands his followers with.[3] As such, he is able to use its power to its full extent without it eroding his body. Unlike those who have been given a cursed seal, Jūgo is not limited to one transformation, and can enter whatever form is best for the situation. He can change what form he takes almost instantly and can isolate the transformation to parts of his body.
Level 1:Increase attack by 10,hp by 100 and defence by 2 and gives default skill ground smash
Level 2:Increase attack by 15,hp by 150 and defence by 4 and gives default skill ground smash
Level 3:Increase attack by 20,hp by 200 and defence by 6 and gives default skill ground smash
Level 4:Increase attack by 25,hp by 250 and defence by 8 and gives default skill ground smash
(lasts 30 seconds 60 sec cd)

Jugo jumps and smashes the ground in a X aoe Dealing Y dmg and stuns for
1 second (levels with cursed seal form):
Level 1:400 Aoe Dealing Str X2 Dmg

Level 3:600 Aoe Dealing Str X4 Dmg
Level 4:700 Aoe Dealing Str X5 Dmg

Energy Absorb (Active):
Jugo can leech another persons life energy to restore his own
jugo sucks a units life and Heals himself with the hp:
Level 1:Insta kills a creep and Heals himself with the hp deals 100 dmg to heroes and heals himself with the hp stole, heals 10% more hp if that hero dies from effect
Level 2:Insta kills a creep and Heals himself with the hp deals 200 dmg to heroes and heals himself with the hp stole, heals 15% more hp if that hero dies from effect
Level 3:Insta kills a creep and Heals himself with the hp deals 300 dmg to heroes and heals himself with the hp stole, heals 20% more hp if that hero dies from effect
Level 4:Insta kills a creep and Heals himself with the hp deals 400 dmg to heroes and heals himself with the hp stole, heals 25% more hp if that hero dies from effect

Ultimate:
Cursed Seal Chakra Blast (Active):
Jugo charges chakra in to lots of cannon like limbs on his back then releses it in a beam
towards his opponent dealing massive damage (charges for 2 seconds):
Level 1:Deals 500 damage in a line 400 aoe wide
Level 2:Deals 1000 damage in a line 500 aoe wide
Level 3:Deals 1500 damage in a line 600 aoe wide

wow i like it! xD...except some skills shud be different....i suggest that:

- (Default) Curse seal 1, ...it shudnt be that it has a 10% chance to activate for 10 secs......with a CD! it shud be an active skill so when u click u shud transform so u can control when u do it otherwise u might not even want to turn into curse seal 1 and will be a disadvantage for the player..:P

-Animal Communication (1st skill) ...i think it shud be about 30-40 secs CD for the usual reasons...y'kno :|?

-Energy Absorb(3rd skill) ...it says..."Insta kills a creep and adding its life to his own"....what does that exactly mean?...like....does it mean u get a certain amount of STR or just regenerate a certain amount of hp depending on what hp the creep has?

100% lifesteal? Are you serios? He will regain his life immediatly.
And about that 3rd skill, that will heal him or he will get the creep life? Like he got 400 hp and if he kills the creep with 200 hp he gets 600? If it will be the second one it will be to IMBA, you will see a Juugo with even 10.000 HP or more.

i already changed it (the default) and changed the wording of energy absorb
