Kid Buu


This Buu appeared after all of the fighters he
had absorbed were removed from his system. Unlike his previous forms, this form
of Buu's thought process is seen to be irrational and spontaneous, even
destroying his own body to destroy the Earth.

Abilities:
Default skill I: Body manipulation and Regeneration
Majin Buu has full control over every aspect
of his physical make-up, able to stretch, shape-shift, liquify, and otherwise
manipulate his malleable body; useful as both an attack and defense and as a
tool in absorption. He can also regenerate his body at a sub-molecular level,
allowing him to survive virtually anything.

Effect: Regain 20% of his total HP.
Cooldown: 100s
Mana cost: 50

Default skill II: Instantaneous Movement

Kid Buu teleports himself to a location of his
choosing
Effect: Teleports anywhere he wants.
Cooldown: 70s
Manacost: 50


Skill I: Super Kamehameha



Super Kamehameha is the advanced version of the Kamehameha.
The upgraded version of Kamehameha. Unlike his regular Kamehameha it is blue in
color.
A technique taken by watching Goku use it.

Type: Wave Damage
Target: Enemy
Level 1: 125 Damage
Level 2: 250 Damage
Level 3: 400 Damage
Level 4: 500 Damage
Cooldown: 25s
Manacost: 75/100/125/150



Skill II: Nightmare Impact




First, Kid Buu front kicks the opponent in their stomach. Then, he roundhouse punches the opponent and punches them again in
their stomach. Finally, Kid Buu puts his hand over the opponent's face and
blasts them away with a pink energy wave.
Effect: Theres a chance when you’re attacked
to counter back and inflict true damage to enemy

Level 2: 10% Chance 75 Damage
Level 3: 15% Chance 100 Damage

Skill III: Mystic Ball Attack


The user curls himself up in a ball, and launches himself at his opponent, knocking
them away. Then, he flies away and charges back to knock into the opponent
several times. Finally, the user flies high up into the air and charges
downward to knock the opponent into the ground, inflicting a great deal of
damage.

Ultimate: Planet Burst

A massive ki sphere created by Kid Buu by
collecting energy in his right palm, more than enough to destroy a planet the
size of Earth, and implied to have enough power to destroy a planet ten times
the size of Earth, in a single shot
Effect: First Buu channels the Planet Burst
for 2 seconds then it throws it away giving 800 AoE Damage.
Type: AoE
Target: Enemy
Level 1: 600 Damage
Level 2: 1200 Damage
Level 3: 1600 Damage
Cooldown: 150/120/90 s.
Manacost: 100/150/200

I was waiting for Kid Buu suggestion, looks good but maybe knockback to passive would be cool?
